Does Trail Mic Sampler need a network connection?
No. It has no networking code and every feature works offline.
Where do my recordings go?
They are written to storage on your device and never leave it. You can manage them from within the app or the Files app.
Why does it need the microphone?
The tuner, the tempo detector and the recorder all work by listening. Audio is analysed on-device as it arrives.
