Agentic Detritus Remover, the Mac app The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, and makes no network requests of its own. Some findings point at a package manager entry; acting on those may invoke that package manager's own tool, which can contact its own registry, that traffic belongs to the package manager, not this app. The app asks for Full Disk Access, because detecting installer residue means reading broadly across your Mac: dotfiles, shell startup files, package manager records, and agent CLI configuration. Scanning is always read-only. Removing a finding quarantines it in a local folder rather than deleting it, and Undo restores it from there. Secret-residue findings are redacted in place in transcripts and live configuration files; backups, histories, and snapshots are quarantined whole rather than edited. This website The support section of this site is separate from the app and does collect data, but only if you choose to open a support ticket. Signing in uses Sign in with Apple, solely to confirm who you are so that replies reach you. We receive your email address, and your name if Apple shares it. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we only ever see the relay address. If you open a ticket we store the subject, the messages you write, and the account they belong to, so the conversation can be continued and so you can read it again later. We do not use any of it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties other than the hosting providers that run this site. Keeping the account secure When you sign in we record the time, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, so a compromised account can be investigated. Nothing else about your visit is tracked: there is no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracker on this site. Deleting your data Write to support@syncbyjt.com and ask.
